My journey into AI started from a simple observation: many businesses lose valuable opportunities because they spend too much time on repetitive tasks, delayed responses, and manual processes. As someone with a strong engineering and technology background, I became fascinated by how AI could bridge this gap and help businesses operate more efficiently.
